Roaming NPCs Not Working

Hello,

I have tried several times to get the Roaming NPCs working since the update to the plugin.  They are not working at all.  I try to use the /rnpc manager but it says there is no such command.  When I installed the NPC Controller it did not generate a config file or indicate in any way that it was loading in the console.  Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

/rnpc manager is an addon feature

npcs controller doesn't have a config, it's only an api plugin without its own functionality

Thank you for your reply.  Can you tell me which config file would control the npcs showing on the map?  Also, the manager is not working for me.  I type the command /rnpc manager but it says no such command even though I do see it in the list with o.plugins.

nothing has really changed with configs. RoamingNPCs.json is the main config as it was. make sure you have all the latest versions of plugins installed
