1-  The plugin's description makes no mention of the fact that it requires the ZoneManager plugin.

3- config file options says "null" and the configuration in the description looks very different:

just check plugin disc its right at top . 

and for config . delete all files and reload  plugin and confirm it populates the config correctly

if config still gives nulls , ill have to look into carbon changes that affects config , but as a quick fix you can use the disc listed config for defualt till i can fix

yeah I accidentally mixed up the reports in that section; it's Sub-Wars that doesn't mention that it needs ZoneManager. (Sub-Wars doesn't work either)

I've already tried deleting the plugin and the configuration file, but the same errors keep occurring.

ok ill fix up the description for subswars , for now just use the config supplied in disc to get you started , and ill find a fix for carbon , thanks
