i granted the use to default thinking if they found the airstrike in a brad or patrol crate, they could use the airstrike as a reward but then later i found out players could just type /strike and just spawn them selfs in one 

How do i grant them the perm to use the airstrike but disable their ability to spawn a /strike in using the command

You can set the /strike command to false in the config or through the in-game settings menu.
