doors closing on death

has this been removed from the config? i can no longer find the option to keep doors open on death or force them to close. i used to keep them open when players died but now they are closing and went to change it back and can no longer find the option in the config 

Hello, in the latest updates, I changed how NPCs and animals attack. The starting area of the dungeon, up to the bend, is always protected. NPCs will never enter that area, so I removed that setting.
