composter stops after poop turns into fert

as per what the title says it simply stops composting and is at a stand still

Once is it finished making fert it drops the item on the floor, if auto splitting is disabled it still happens, it should go to the output if no industrial system is hooked to the composter, as soon as it makes 1 fert it stops making new fert and doesnt do anything

i managed to fix this myself by adding fertilizer to the config, 

Before it was

Added in 
"fertilizer"
