Exposed Radiation = 5, but still damage

Hi,
since the October update, my players have been telling me they're taking damage in radioactive areas even though they've skilled Exposed Radiation 5 in the skill tree.

Can you please check this out?

There hasn't been any player side changes to radiation from the previous update. What monuments have you tested this with?

We tested this at the water treatment plant and at the launch side.
