Not loading on server restart

Hi there

All of a sudden when the server restarts the plugin is not loading, if you run the o.reload WelcomePanel command it loads no problem

Hey, if plugin compiles and work properly after you run reload command it means there's nothing wrong with plugin itself. This sounds more like specific issue related to your server and there's not much I can do without having access to it. Perhaps if you could post full console log from startup it would give me more insight but that's about it. Easiest solution to this issue would be to schedule command on server restart to reload plugin for you. I can help you with that if you want. 

I checked the full log when we restarted and the strangest thing is that it never even attempted there was no mention of it at all. Once the server started we ran o.plugins command and it did show welcome panel but had 0/0 after it, so weird

Sussed it, weird one though

We have Water Treatment Event on a map that does not have a Water Treatment Monument, it loads and unloads and then the next plugin should be Welcome Panel so it blocks it loading
