I originally assumed it had to do with NextGeNPVE not allowing the damage but I do take normal rad damage in monuments.

Yeah i assume so. Works fine with TruePVE

Do you happen to know what damage type it's listed as?

I'm not too sure. Not familiar with the plugin at all. It is radiation and radiation poison in oxide from memory
