After the latest updates, completing the raid base no longer grants players experience.

There’s another problem (if a player fully upgrades all skills related to crafting speed, crafting stops giving experience).

Ive not had any reports of issues with Raid bases from other users. What type of base are you doing?

Regarding the crafting xp issue, it scales with time. If you dont want that to happen set "Base the crafting xp on the time it takes to craft the item? [false will use blueprint craft time]" to false.
