Every time the server restarts and/or the plugin is loaded it is adding another duplication of the previous contents to the list (see attached).  As you can see, it took me a LONG time to notice this issue.  Perhaps this is causing the periodic server crashes PineHostting said was causing my server to crash (but I can't see how).

Hello I've pushed an update to the plugin that should address this problem. Please download version 1.3.1 and give it another shot. I would delete your config as well and let it regenerate it to ensure the duplication caused prior is removed. Please let me know if you have any other issues. Thanks again for bringing this up.
