no Workbench Upgrades

i have used this for 2 days on my server

and nobody found a Workbench upgrade,
only in airdrop or haackable crate

is there a way u can fix that?
or do u do any custom loot table?

The loot table has it in all crates that Vanilla has.
You could increase the droprate if you want. However i tried to use the exact same table on my server and i found several.
If you want to increase it you can do so on Looty.cc just dont forget that the crates NEEDS 100% or the table will be wrong and not work as it should.
