Add difficulty levels

Can you make it so we can have different configurable difficulty levels like a lot of other PvE stuff has.

eg an easy airfield event would have 1 crate and airdrop, no Bradley or Heli, a small number of easy NPCs

a hard one would have a Heli and Brad, lots of harder NPCS and more crates
