Upgrading not possible

Hi there,

if a player tries to upgrade the base, he will get a message: The improvement process is complete, but the base is still not upgraded.

He has enough material in the tc, also it it will happen with each tier (wood, stone, etc..)

All permissions has been granted and I can´t find the prob.

Do the building blocks that aren't upgraded belong to the same player or another one?

the building is builded by a group and the user who tried has only builld up a few walls and not more.

Check that this is set up this way in the configuration.
