Issues placing Sawmill

I can place Pumpjacks, and mining quarries, but when I try to place a sawmill nothing happens.  I have a mining.quarry and the maps in my inventory.  I can search for new spots, and that works fine, but I cannot place one.  I have granted permissions for sawmill.

I am using your config file if that helps.

Hey. Make sure you have PopUp API, you might not see the pop ups there.
