cant buy from shopkeeper

after last update venders wont do anything, cant buy anything from them. ive tried resetting/removing all the venders and it still doesn't work. 

do you get any errors on NPCShop reload ?

nope no errors they just dont respond when buying something, at all

You mean, you can't buy anything or you can't open the shop menu? 

Changed Status from Pending to Closed

itll open the shop menu but cant buy anything from them

still having the same problem

Can you send me your config file and tell which lot you can't buy

here is config, and none of the shopkeepers work when trying to buy from. none of the items but it did work before the last update
