No longer responds to player input

Hey, unfortunately, the plugin is no longer responding to player input: You can still enter a time using /env [time] and it shows the chat message that it changed the time to xyz, but it no longer responds - the time stays the same. As an admin, the server responds, and everyone in that group can then see that time. No error messages, nothing in the console.

After testing on a fresh server, I wasn't able to replicate this issue with personal time changes. I did find a separate issue with specifying a position from RCON which will be fixed in v1.0.2. 
Could you please tell me:

1. Does envcontrol.time <steamid> display the expected time that the player should be seeing, after they have changed it?
2. Are you using Oxide or Carbon?
3. Are you using any other plugins with similar functionality which may conflict?
4. Exactly which commands are failing and are you running them through chat, console, or rcon?
