Corpses appear on the ceiling. If a dungeon is generated underground and there is a river or ocean above it, after NPCs die, their corpses and backpacks will float up to the ceiling.

Hey! I've made several adjustments in the latest updates to prevent underground dungeons from spawning beneath rivers or oceans. Have you noticed if this issue is still happening with the latest version?
