Spawn timer

We are building an event driven server.  As such, we have created a event scheduler.  Is there a way to spawn the Road Bradley from the console/chat without purchase, so we can plug that in to our event scheduler?

I know there is timed somewhere in the config file,  but I would llike to see something like "spawnbradley" without any parameters to spawn randomly somewhere on the map.

/spawnrbtank  <profile> <userId> - Will spawn tank with profile  for the  userId player. (Chat and Console command)

/spawnrbtank  <profile> <route>  - Will spawn tank with profile on configured route.  (Chat and Console command)

If you do spawnrbtank Easy default i think it should work the same way as regular timed event from plugin timer.
