I run my server on carbon and this isn't an issue. Ensure that your plugin is in the correct folder. Sometimes mistakes are made when migrating as the folder structure for each framework is different.

The correct folder structure should be :-

carbon/plugins

carbon/data

carbon/configs

Hello. Please run the o.plugins command. Is the RealPVE plugin installed? Also, check whether the players killing each other are in the same team, and whether friendly fire is enabled for their team.
