no rewards for blue scientists and tunnel npcs at the undergound train network

I dont seem to be getting any rewards for blue scientists and the red ? npcs at the underground rail system but i have everything in the npc setting giving something to test if it was that .

Can you help please

Hi,

If that's a new type of npc in game I'd need to manually update RustRewards, and CustomLoot/NPCKits.
I'll take a look soon and get it sorted.

ignore what i typed .after looking carefully i noticed that the scientists and the underground train npcs are giving rewards for killing but theres no message shown saying what the reward amout is

Hi,
Thanks for sharing that.
I think that error is actually from the plugin trying to give a reward to an npc for killing a player - An oversight on my part.
I fixed this a few days ago, although I haven't publicly updated yet.

If I'm right, it's unrelated to the issue of not getting rewards, or reward notifications.

same with polar bears they also give not RP

@MingoBingo - I'm not seeing any issue with Tunnel Dwellers or Polar Bears, folks.

Polar bears have their own separate entry (not just bear), so please check that it's set to greater than zero.
If that's not it I suppose make sure you have no multipliers in play which are set to 0, as that would make any reward zero.

 

@simon yeomans - The error you posted should be resolved in the latest updates - I don't think it was related but if Tunnel Dwellers suddenly work for you then, I guess it was. 😂

What version of RustRewards are you running?

I'm not sure how that can happen. RustRewards doesn't rely on hard coding or spawned entities for its list.
It gets them right from Rust server Resources.

Do you restart your server regularly? If not, please try reloading RustRewards and see if the polar bear entry appears in your list.
