Pop/players

Are the /pop and /player commands admin and player commands? Only asking because I have a player saying he can use /players and wasn’t sure if some of these commands are for players to use also without the admin permission? 

By default I believe all players can use /pop and /players due to players usually having the ability to check whos online via other methods (though not always). Can always disable it by removing the permission from all players

Well that’s the thing what I’m confused about lol no one but admin group has permissions to admin tools permissions so if it’s global that’s fine just want to make sure they wouldn’t be able to use other commands
