AdminAnon doesn't make admins invisible or hide administrative actions. It only replaces your displayed name with the configured anonymous identity (e.g ADMIN) and hides your real profile in chat. Other players can still see your character and any actions you perform, such as giving items or spawning things. Could you clarify what you mean by "everyone seeing me give me stuff"?
