Rocket & Grenade Launcher turrets don't hurt convoy

My players build a base to fight the convoy, but the turrets with grenades and rockets didn't hurt the convoy at all. 

I'm using this to enable rockets and grenade launchers in turrets https://umod.org/plugins/turret-weapons

The NPCs of the convoy and Bradley will not attack the turrets. Then the convoy can be safely killed. Therefore, the damage is disabled.

Any ideas how to solve this? I can't force an NPC or a tank to attack these turrets

Turrets shoot only at NPCs. They should not attack cars or bradleys

It's ok. I blacklisted grenade launchers and rocket launchers from the turret weapons plugin.
