...after this, the /shop command and the rest of the shop functionality stopped working.

While there appears to be a NullReferenceException that needs to be fixed and should never be thrown, I was able to solve it, and it turned out to be more of an issue with how it integrated with WelcomePanel. You may close this, thanks.
