bug with one location diggers navmesh

Hello,

i am not sure if this is a bug or not but i went to cemetery of onlookers and the enemies didn't move they was just standing. i did see this only i got from log
Digger[431] was killed by [me] at (-954.28, 4.73, -21.05)
Digger[432] was killed by [me] at (-903.15, 5.48, -47.57)
Agent still not on navmesh after a warp. No navmesh areas matching agent type? Agent type: 0

Miner[433] was killed by  [me] at (-877.40, 7.66, -62.83)

i tied search other custom monbumetns but they seemed work right. i didnt check all of them

one think to add i noticed same think in uranium minign place there i got same Agent still not on navmesh after a warp. No navmesh areas matching agent type? Agent type: 0

Hi, the developers are testing some kind of system and in order to completely remove spam, you need to remove all NPCs, and players will be bored without NPCs.
