Recently we discovered that heli signals is no longer putting the summary in chat after you take it down. Also, we have fire and hot gibs disabled and it still catches fire and is still too hot to farm.

This means something is causing an issue and breaking the code that ruins when a heli dies, this is topping the summary and causing the code which kills gibs and fire not to run.
 

You would almost certainly have some error messages in the console which would help me diagnose the issue for you. Please search your server logs to see, in particular a NullReferenceException errors..

Nothing in the console, but I will check the logs.
