I'd like to move it a bit further down because it overlaps with other UI elements. Is there a way to adjust this through the config file or something similar?

The entire menu? It should appear over the top of your other UI when being used. Can you show me a pic of the issue?

Yes, I want to move the entire UI.
I'm on a PvE server, so there's a speaker icon.

Doesn't the speaker icon only exist when you are pressing the talk button?

It's usually almost invisible, but it automatically turns on without pressing a key and the microphone icon appears.
Unlike PvP servers, PvE is mainly about communication, and many players, including myself, have automatic voice transmission enabled.
The UI as a whole is shifted to the top, so I just want it to be displayed in the center.
