Couriers Not Moving

I've uploaded the latest version and had it write all new config file.  With no alterations to the json, I turned on visibility and I could see 2 couriers and their targeted end points.  Neither courier was moving.  I also noticed that both had spawned inside monuments... one on the edge wall of junkyard and the other inside of bandit camp.  Can you take another look at the plug in and maybe test it to see what results you're seeing?  Thanks!

are you on custom map? have you tried to use different spawn points? if they're stuck somewhere they usually respawn in a different place until they start moving

also try to delete couriernpc's files in data folder (oxide/data or carbon/data)
