This plugin isn't working for me

I just got the latest version and when I deployed it I keep getting the this in my console:

[TCUpgrades] TCUpgrades basic permissions are assigned to default group. For customization disabled this in the config GENERAL section!
Image batch (TCUpgrades) has been stored successfully

And the upgrade button doesn't upgrade the entire base like it should. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Those console logs. Ignore those if you dont understand them.

There are multiple possiblites It cant upgrade your whole base
- Enough Resources
- Raid Block or Combat block if enabled
- Bases are so much seperated or not connected from the main tc

I'm on a PVE server and the plugin was working fine before. I have plenty of resources, no raid or combat blocks and my test base is 1x1 with just a TC.
