How often is this happening? Is it with a certain tier Heli only? Please give as much info as possible.

You mean when the Heli does and explodes?

Do you have any other loot plugins that act on Heli Crates?

Do the Heli crates spawn correctly and have the correct loot in?

NO idea   I just see this in Console
I  use HS Loot options
