I bought the plugin today, added it to the server and restarted the server and reloaded the plugin. My Problem: I don't farm weed and there is no crafting menu displayed in my Chemistry

Did you grant yourself the permissions ganja.craft and ganja.debug ?

yes. i have the permissions. 

okey. i have fix the gui in the chemistry. 

i collect weed and ganja from plantbox but where can i get purple haze ?

What you get depends on the biome so if you didnt change the config you get purple haze in the snow biome
