SUGGESTION: Add Time/Date Stamp to no changes noted message

When no changes / updates are discovered; why not add the time / date stamp to that message too!!

Maybe even the list of items not found too

Not quite sure what do you mean, since when no changes are discovered you are getting message in the console and you can see the time stamp on it, and if it's discord message you can see time too.
About not found list, the plugin already has one, but if you mean not found updates it's kinda useless i mean if you are getting message that all plugins are up to date why would you need a list?

OK so I am not sure where you are looking at or what you are referring to but mine DOES not show the latest date; it shows the date the message was created (Jan 2, 2025):

You can click "edited" and it will show you the date it was edited
