PROBLEM: Refresh Arrows Over New Items

This appears in the top right corner of all the New Item Graphics I have created.
How do I get this to go away? it seems to persist* no matter what I try.
 

This icon appears when the steam workshop skin has not yet applied to the item. Not related to plugins. Some possible reasons:

- Skin is still downloading, can take a few seconds-minutes or a game/steam restart

- Skin download has timed out

- Skin doesnt exist

- Skin is invalid for the item its used on

if you show me a screenshot of the item creation page showing the parent/shortname/skinID etc i might be able to point you in the right direction
