Resource Raid Broken

[ResourceRaid] VehicleSpawn not loaded.

Mission only spawns 2-3 npcs and nothing else.  Vehicles not spawning.

The ammoutn of npc and configuration will depends on the level of the mission, on the easy one the idea is that you can do it when you start so it should be simple, as soon the level is increasing also is increasing the amount of NPC

Also every of the current missions has reinforcement waves as much you take to do the quest, more waves of npcs you will face.
