3.0.7 No longer works after Rust Update

It is kind of working but I am getting this too:

I think this is the null config issue that I've seen come up a few times.
Can you folks check your config files to make sure they don't just contain 'null' and, if they do, restore a backup?

I have an update I've been meaning to push which should prevent this.
