Skinner seems to not populate skins

For some reason with this version (not sure of other versions at this point) the /SKIN is not populating the possible skins to use... amd I missing something?

In my case the /skin menu shows NOTHING

@Whispers88 are you planning on responding?  I need to know if this is my issue or a mod issue and get it fixed.

I tried everything; I read the instructions and still cannot figure it out.  What the heck am I doing wrong here??

I have same problem, no skins

have you added any skins?

So got mine fixed, my admin panel has a reload button an after removing another skinning plugin an reloading all is working now, 
 Wife an I built a massive show room to show off all the skins to players so they could see each skin in person being it is hard to see them in skinner. show room is far from done but a sample of it

So you got yours working; any suggestions?  I do not know what you mean by the "admin panel"

I use Admin menu plugin, it works great an helps when needing to reload plugins or disable them as well as many other things , Also make sure to remove any other skinning plugins you have.

I only run this skinning mod; and although I do not have the mod you have for Admin Menu; the commands to unload and reload Skinner do not affect it

So question are you dragging the item in to the boxes on the right ? if not, try right clicking on item in your inventory
