Players can craft on the whole map

A player just reported he was able to craft in the radius of one of his tcs with only wood in it, far away from his main base.
I don't think this is intended ?

Did you modify the configuration file or used the command to modify the crafting distance? 

By default, the crafting range is set to the TC permission range.

No, distance is still 17

Maybe the plugin only checks if the player is in TC range at all, but not really in range of which TC exactly ?
