Problem with event completion

Good afternoon, my players are complaining that they can’t complete the event. This crate appears empty, but some players have found a workaround. We have the IQSorter plugin installed on our servers, and if they use it to sort items in the crate, other items that were not visible suddenly appear. It seems like a bug to me.
