non-owner in PVE can loot crates/etc.

hi,
in pve mode non-owner can loot crates/npc/etc... 
despite the following settings in config:

---
"Use the PVE mode of the plugin? [true/false]": true,
...
"Allow only the owner or his teammates to loot crates? [true/false]": true,
...
"Can the non-owner of the event loot the crates? [true/false]": false,
"Can the non-owner of the event hack locked crates? [true/false]": false,
"Can the non-owner of the event loot NPC corpses? [true/false]": false,
---

Need help.

IM  a little behind  but  Have you tried this 
"Allow the non-owner of the event to enter the event zone? [true/false]": false,

If they cant get in they cant loot

Works on my server
