NPC Drop Gun

I have all my NPC set to drop gun 100% its always worked until recently. I keep all my plugins up to date, I have tried reloading the plugin, i have been through the config line by line but for the life of me i cant get them to drop their weapon. any help would be appreciated.

Just don't add items that you want to drop on death in "List of items that won't drop on death" list, you have some items there with 100% chance of drop, it's pretty useless there

im not understanding you. how does this stop the gun being dropped? im trying to find out why although i have the gun set to be dropped  100% the gun does not drop. worked before, now it does not
