Cant seem to prestige

Cant see the prestige button...  what am I doing wrong???  I'm pr .4 lvl  100      I have 3players hit pr. 4  and 1 pr. 5    now button isnt showing for us

NOt sure how it got changed but  TYVM    Im a Dumass NOOB
