It often happens that rockets (explosions) fail to damage NPCs.

Rockets (explosives) often fail to damage NPCs, but regular bullets (5.56) can damage NPCs. There's an even stranger situation: when another plugin (https://codefling.com/plugins/dungeon-bases) triggers an event, everything returns to normal (any weapon can damage NPCs again).

Is this issue being investigated? Currently, this situation occurs daily on my server and has been ongoing for several months.

I've encountered this issue as well.

When there is no damage, You will not move. NPCs must approach NPCs before attacking you

I investigated it, and there’s nothing in my plugin that would block that kind of damage. I even created a setting for you to use in an update: "Damage Taken From Explosion Multiplier". Increase it to make explosion damage higher on NPCs.

What I think is happening is that some other plugin is blocking it.

NPCs often become immobile, and during this time, rockets and other explosives cannot deal damage to that NPC. From this perspective, it doesn't seem to be caused by other plugins. Based on observations, I believe that when NPCs are immobile, rockets and other explosives triggered against them do not cause damage.

Could this situation be related to the navigation system being disabled? Because with both the DungeonEvents and DungeonBases plugins, when NPCs become immobile, rockets and other explosives cannot damage those NPCs, but 5.56 bullets still cause damage.
