Raiders Automatically Authorizing To TC Upon Entry

I don't know if this might be a plugin "compatibility" issue. I haven't changed anything in my Raidable Base plugin but when raiders enter, turrets are not targetting them.  Have you heard of this happening before? It's a first for me.

I only block targeting when in noclip if configured, and always when in vanish

only my npcs are authorized on the TC
