Some items in base not repairing

Had a player let me know that some things are not repairing in the base. I have it so deployables get repaired as well. He has told me that the Wooden Ladder, Twitch Sofa and Trophy, the festive garland for doors/windows and the computer station don't get repaired when clicking the repair button in the TC. 

Are those items yours or your teammates'?

If they're not yours and were placed by a former teammate, they won't be repaired.

However, perhaps the wooden ladder needs ropes to be repaired?
