No XP when crafting is maxed out

So this wipe, had some players say they aren't getting XP now for crafting. So we did some testing and when you have the Tinkerer (all 3 of them under the Build Craft tree) maxed out to 5 each you don't get XP. If you don't max out the last one, just do 4 instead of 5 levels, then you do get XP still. I don't have any other crafting plugin either. Not sure what's going on

Ok so change this to "false" and it should be fine. Thanks boss
