Issues with stacking scrap

I had scrap on my person, and then I used the virtual recycler and the scrap I received from Virtual reclyer didn't stack with the one I already had. I unloaded your Stack Modifier app and it worked again. I tried reloading, and I have had no luck combining that scrap. Can you please help me with a solution?

Have you tried unloading virtual recycler and using a normal recycler? Should work.
