need help setting raid time thanks

im trying to set time to raid from m-f 6pm to 11pm and weekend 1pm to 12am ive tried everything in file and raid bar doesent move ive got time set right -300 to match my time can you help me thanks

try to make it not via file, but via UI, it 100x simplier
