Not working when players are not in clan or team

Hi, i've a server, and there are two players, who aren't in the same team or clan, they are playing together. They built a base, both are authorized on the TC, and they share the door codes. However, when one of them is online, the base protection remains active, when it actually shouldn't be protected. Because both are the owners of the base.
