Cargo Convoy Event 1.0.14

The plugin is broken. The convoy's security remains at the edge of the deep sea.

Hi. Try increasing these two numbers to 900. 

My players are complaining that they can’t complete the event. Also, please add support for rewards such as economy and items, because the event currently has no proper rewards, please.

same issue and the Tugboats from hard and boats from medium are not appearing at all but counting as a loot so it does not finish the event

Изменить на 900 помогло. Спасибо.
