No config

I loaded an even tried down loading again still no config

I will look into this, for now try just using the in-game admin panel.

I did try using /adpanel but nothing came up,  

The plugin file is there,  just no config file .

All working now But event does not end fully in one area before starting in an other,   Heavy NPCs are left behind along with crate , tank moves to new area with new heavy NPCs

That is intended.

So at train yard by the water tower  over half the NPCs spawn in the ground,  an a lot of other places they are in the air ,  

ok this plugin has a lot of bugs need fixed
